## Summary

This is a warehouse role in a food distribution center where you'll pack, load, and ship merchandise while maintaining safety and organization standards. The work involves physically moving inventory in temperature-controlled environments, operating powered equipment, and helping Target get products to stores and customers efficiently.

## Required

- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Push utility carts up to 60 lbs
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Work at heights up to 40 ft on mezzanines where applicable
- Maintain a positive attitude working independently and in a team
- Use basic math accurately (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Speak, read, and understand English sufficiently to follow safety policies and instructions
- Work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerators and freezers

## Nice to have

- Able to operate all powered equipment safely including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down and Stand Up Forklifts
