- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
- 3+ years in Prime Brokerage, Securities Financing, or Margin Risk Management
- Strong understanding of hedge fund portfolio risk across equity, credit, and relative-value strategies
- Experience evaluating portfolio leverage, liquidity, financing, and collateral risks
- Working knowledge of margin methodologies including Reg T, portfolio margin, and house margin models
- Ability to make risk decisions and communicate effectively with front-office teams and clients
- Understanding of trade settlement processes and Prime Brokerage give-up mechanics

## Nice to have

- Series 7 registration
- Knowledge of ISDA/CSA documentation, SIMM, and bilateral margin frameworks
- Experience with market risk platforms such as Bloomberg, TS Imagine, or similar systems
- Python or other quantitative programming skills
- Familiarity with Prime Brokerage counterparty credit risk and client due diligence processes
- Prior broker-dealer or securities financing experience
- CFA, FRM, or comparable professional designation
