- Content review operations management including QA and workflow processes
- Scaling policy enforcement and content review workflows
- SQL or data analysis tools proficiency for monitoring metrics
- Identifying emerging risks and communicating findings to cross-functional teams
- Understanding product policy implementation at scale in content moderation

## Nice to have

- Deep expertise in child safety, CSEA, online child protection, mental wellness, and age assurance
- Experience reporting to NCMEC, IWF, or equivalent bodies
