## Required

- 7+ years of HSE experience
- Technical knowledge of Federal and State HSE rules and regulations
- Implementation experience with HSE policies and procedures
- Electrical safety standards knowledge (NFPA70E/OSHA30)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with HSE documentation and reporting systems
- Legal work authorization in the US
- 50% travel availability

## Nice to have

- University degree (equivalent experience considered)
- Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, OHST)
- Data center, cloud infrastructure, or R&D HSE program experience
- Familiarity with environmental regulations for data center operations
