- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role
- Experience partnering with technology or engineering leadership in complex organizations
- Track record leading organizational change
- Deep knowledge of performance management, job architecture, and employee relations
- Coaching and influencing skills to advise senior leaders
- Ability to use people data and analytics
- Understanding of employment law and multi-state HR compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Experience in financial services, asset management, or highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with technology talent markets in San Francisco Bay Area and Boston
- Experience supporting AI, cloud, data, or platform engineering teams
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable HR certification
