## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years enterprise IT experience in senior or lead infrastructure role
- Linux and Windows administration in production environments
- Enterprise server hardware troubleshooting and lifecycle management
- Enterprise and distributed storage systems experience
- Architect and administer Windows and Linux server platforms at scale
- Scripting and automation with Python and/or PowerShell
- Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP proficiency
- Design or oversee monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Lead and mentor systems administrators
- Available for on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
