## Required

- Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A)
- Valid DOT Physical Examination

- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of safe load securement and tie-downs
- Understanding of Motor Carrier Safety regulations and DOT guidelines
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions
- Customer service capability

## Nice to have

- 1 year operating a commercial motor vehicle with flatbed trailer within previous 5 years
- Experience in equipment rental industry
- Basic knowledge of compact construction equipment
