## Required

- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in matrix environment
- Strong presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or equivalent education and experience combination
- Strong experience working with athletes
- Experience cultivating consumer insights for product briefs
