## Required

- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
- 8–12 years of manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain or operations experience
- DoD or aerospace manufacturing leadership experience with development or prototype programs
- Experience in low-rate, first-article, and early-stage hardware builds
- CAPEX planning and capital investment justification
- Non-conformance and corrective action management
- AS9100, AS9102, or ISO 9001 experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or relevant discipline

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in STEM or relevant discipline
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Rocket motor manufacturing and test experience
- Facility design and setup experience
- CQE or CQA certification
- Lean certification
- EVMS Control Account Manager experience
