## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 0-3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of automotive, heavy duty trucks, or aerospace products and industries
- Professional experience in automotive and surface transportation safety
- Experience with Systems Engineering, Hazard and Risk Assessment, DFMEA, FTA, or STPA
- Critical and logical thinking for problem identification and solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex integrated systems
- Experience in project management and product development life cycle
- Experience with requirements management tools like JAMA
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in ambiguity and rapid change

## Nice to have

- Experience with systematic safety assessments on system architecture and integrated design
- Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicle operations, or electro-mechanical systems integration
