## Required

- Bachelor's degree in enterprise risk management, strategy, business, finance, information systems, or related field
- Authorized to work in US without sponsorship
- Professional certification (CRMA, COSO, CRISC, CPA, or equivalent) required or obtained within one year
- 5–8 years of enterprise risk management, operational risk, strategy, or related experience
- Big 4 experience
- Hands-on experience leading risk assessments and preparing management-level risk documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate structured discussions with stakeholders
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a matrixed organization

## Nice to have

- Experience in large, global organizations in technology, IT services, or professional services
- Advanced experience with AI tools and LLMs, including prompting and agent development
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI
- Experience with GRC platforms and risk management software
