## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field)
- 10+ years supplier industrialization, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or high-reliability/safety-critical industry
- 5+ years direct people management of engineering teams
- Expert knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems and core quality tools
- Ability to build processes from scratch and deploy across diverse teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of work week

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Engineering
- Professional certification (Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CMQ/OE, or PMP)
- High-volume inspection methods and data-driven acceptance methods experience
- Enterprise application knowledge (PLM, ERP, MES) and data analysis proficiency
