- Experience developing change deliverables such as stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, change plans, and communications
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across organizational levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and program management skills

- 6+ years delivering change management on large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Consulting experience in change management and transformation
- Experience with change intake, prioritization, and governance processes
- Facilitation experience with working sessions, training, and coaching
