- 4+ years healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Specialized focus on collections and AR follow-up
- Previous experience leading or mentoring billing specialists or RCM contractors
- Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Expert understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
- Knowledge of commercial and government payer timely filing limits
- Understanding of claim adjudication processes
- Proficiency with EHRs, clearinghouse platforms, and payer portals
- Ability to manage both team workload and personal account portfolio simultaneously
