## Required

- 8+ years as HR Business Partner or similar in GTM or customer-facing organization
- Experience influencing VP-level stakeholders
- Expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent management, employee relations, rewards, and change management
- Experience with sales compensation and quota-carrying populations
- Proficiency with people metrics and data to diagnose and influence decisions
- Demonstrated ability coaching leaders on people leadership capability
- Experience with distributed or global teams across time zones

## Nice to have

- Experience driving or supporting AI-enabled transformation
- Familiarity with modern HR and GTM tech stacks (HRIS, ATS, engagement and incentive tools)
- Experience in knowledge-work or GTM-heavy environments
