- 8+ years of engineering experience in a development environment
- 6+ years of data science experience with emphasis on NLP and ML in production-oriented settings
- 3+ years of practical experience with open-source LLMs including prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- 3+ years building generative AI solutions including RAG frameworks and monitoring
- Multiple GenAI, analytical, or ML projects delivered to production
- Expert-level Python proficiency
- Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on technical leadership mindset

## Nice to have

- Palantir platform experience or certification
- Strong understanding of ontology and digital twin frameworks
- Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and performance optimization
- Experience implementing agentic architectures and autonomous agents
