## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline
- 10+ years in insurance or reinsurance industry
- 7+ years leading large-scale software implementation or business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of reinsurance operations, treaty administration, facultative business, and accounting
- Experience managing system implementation, migration, or digital transformation projects
- Ability to manage complex multi-stream projects with business and technology stakeholders
- Experience with project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and executive reporting
- Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Experience with global delivery teams in remote and matrixed environments

## Nice to have

- Direct experience implementing or supporting DXC SICS
- Experience with SAP FS-RI, Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster, Majesco, or equivalent platforms
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
- Experience with cloud transformation, system migration, or digital modernization programs
- Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and system integration methodologies
- Prior consulting experience in insurance technology implementations
- Professional reinsurance or insurance designations such as ARe, CPCU, or ARM
