- 3+ years in experiential marketing, events, production or project coordination in gaming, entertainment, media or technology
- Experience supporting live events or experiential campaigns through planning, production and onsite delivery
- Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of event budgets, purchase orders, schedules, scopes of work and risk assessments
- Clear communication and collaborative approach with stakeholders, agencies and suppliers
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

## Nice to have

- Interest in live gaming and technology experiences including hardware setup, gameplay demos and AV production
- Proactive approach to learning and taking on increasing ownership
