## Required

- U.S. citizenship or eligible non-citizen status
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in orthotics and prosthetics from CAAHEP-accredited program, or bachelor's in any field plus post-graduate orthotics/prosthetics certificate from CAAHEP-accredited program
- Current board certification as orthotist, prosthetist, or orthotist/prosthetist from ABC or BOC
- One year of experience as orthotist/prosthetist at next lower grade with significant involvement in complex treatment plan development
- Valid standard U.S. driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle without supervision
- Visual acuity, hearing, clear speech, and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds occasionally

## Nice to have

- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO) with 3+ years of clinical experience
- Prior experience providing mobile or home-based care
- Knowledge of Prosthetic National Software (PNS), National Prosthetic Patient Database (NPPD), and Decision Support System (DSS)
- Ability to train other orthotists/prosthetists in new technologies
