- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Computing, or related field
- 6+ years deploying supply chain technical solutions for large enterprises in a global setting
- 6+ years with S/4 HANA Material Management, SAP Ariba products, and their integration
- 6+ years leading supply chain enterprise programs or projects
- Advanced English proficiency
- Deep understanding of procurement and sourcing technologies
- Strong program and project management experience
- Ability to work with minimal direction and coordinate across teams
- Proficiency with agile and scrum practices
- Ability to maintain production system health and resolve Level 3 issues

## Nice to have

- Semiconductor industry background
- 3+ years with SAP Fieldglass for contingent worker procurement
- 3+ years of agile software development methodology experience
- SAP certifications in MM, FI, or Ariba
- SAFe methodology knowledge
- Experience working with distributed global teams
- Intermediate SAP FI module knowledge and configuration skills
