## Required

- 3+ years of engineering, controls, manufacturing systems, automation, or industrial data integration experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA/HMI platforms, networking, or manufacturing data systems
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, reporting, or dashboard solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business-focused technical solutions

## Nice to have

- AVEVA PI System experience (PI AF, PI Vision, PI DataLink)
- Knowledge of OPC, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet protocols
- PLC programming experience with Rockwell Studio 5000
- Familiarity with data historians, virtualization, server environments, and SQL
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology experience
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical information into business value for manufacturing teams
