## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge and PLC operation understanding
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform extended physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting
- Ability to climb and work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, platforms
- Ability to wear required protective equipment
- Willing to adhere to food manufacturing grooming requirements
- Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet conditions
- Willing to work around high-speed machinery
- Ability to work with food allergens
- Tobacco-free environment compliance
- Minimum 18 years old
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays

## Nice to have

- Experience repairing and troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems and reading schematics
- Experience with basic shop equipment (mill, lathe, grinder, presses)
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
