- 8+ years C programming in Linux and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Python
- 8+ years developing software for network infrastructure components such as NIC drivers, switch ASICs, embedded firmware, or network operating systems
- 3+ years directly supporting end-customers or integrators for network equipment
- Strong system software expertise spanning firmware, BIOS, kernel, drivers, and operating systems
- Professional-level communication skills adapted to audience technical level

## Nice to have

- Background in AI infrastructure and HPC networking
- Experience programming switch and NIC ASICs and SDKs
- Experience with InfiniBand or non-Ethernet network technologies
- Experience developing or supporting DPUs or SmartNICs
- Knowledge of HPC performance test tools and NVIDIA AI stacks like NCCL, MPI, DOCA, CUDA
