## Required

- Hands-on discovery operations experience across the full EDRM lifecycle
- Proven track record founding or rebuilding discovery operations functions
- Working knowledge of RelativityOne and major discovery platforms
- Understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure discovery and ESI preservation
- Experience with modern enterprise data sources (Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Box)
- Experience designing and managing discovery vendor programs
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple concurrent matters
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to attorneys, executives, and engineers

## Nice to have

- 8+ years of hands-on discovery experience
- Experience standing up discovery operations at a young or fast-scaling company
- Experience embedding with engineering teams on discovery and information governance
- Hands-on integration of generative AI into operational discovery workflows
- Technical fluency with engineering teams, cloud infrastructure, and scripting
- Experience operating information governance programs at scale
- Experience managing significant discovery budgets and vendor portfolios
- Experience applying AI and automation to discovery operations
- Collaborative, hands-on orientation
