- Experience integrating capabilities onto existing platforms

- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering
- Direct aerospace or defense industry experience, preferably with UAVs or military aviation
- Experience collaborating across Electrical, Software, and Mechanical engineering disciplines
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering tools
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Technical expertise in avionics, RF communications, SIGINT, GPS, or propulsion systems
- Strong people development and leadership track record
