- 2-5 years material planning, supply planning, or MRP execution experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
- MRP logic and complex BOM structure knowledge
- ERP planning module proficiency
- Supplier coordination and rolling forecast experience
- Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills

## Nice to have

- APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM
- Experience with long-lead electrical equipment or data center infrastructure
- Hands-on Acumatica ERP experience
