## Required

- 5–7+ years in field marketing, developer marketing, community programs, or partner marketing
- Experience working with developer communities or technical audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Willing to travel for events as needed

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting developer meetups, hackathons, or workshops
- Experience with community-led growth or developer advocacy programs
- Experience running ecosystem or partner-led event programs
