- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Nice to have

- CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-channel consumer products organizations
- Familiarity with international supply chains and duty/tariff accounting
