- 10+ years as HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Experience supporting Product and/or Engineering organizations
- Understanding of tech organization dynamics and what motivates engineers and product managers
- Track record partnering with senior leaders on org design and talent strategy
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong people analytics and data orientation
- Demonstrated follow-through and proactive communication
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Experience coaching managers through performance conversations and leadership transitions
- Autonomous execution from concept to completion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Genuine curiosity about AI and infrastructure
- Experience supporting hypergrowth tech company through scaling phase
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms like Workday or Ashby
- Experience building or refining people programs from scratch in scaling organization
