- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 license
- Life and Health Insurance License (must obtain within 120 days of start)
- Act as fiduciary in clients' best interests
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills

## Nice to have

- Life and Health Insurance License for multiple issuers in resident state
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I designation
- TIAA will cover CFP/CFA cost and increase base salary upon completion
