## Required

- Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) registration in Ohio
- National pharmacy technician certification
- Ability to work rotating 2-2-3-2 day shift (6:00am-6:30pm)
- Medical clearance to wear respiratory protection
- Willingness to handle hazardous drugs and understand reproductive/teratogenic risks

## Nice to have

- 1+ year compounding experience (nonsterile or sterile)
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) credential
