## Required

- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 3+ years supporting corporate development, M&A, or acquihire processes
- Experience hiring engineers, research scientists, and technical leaders in competitive markets
- Understanding of what makes technical teams exceptional and ability to assess against high standards
- Experience navigating complex, sensitive hiring situations with discretion
- Ability to partner across Corporate Development, Legal, People, and technical leadership
- Clear, direct communication and bias toward action
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

## Nice to have

- Experience recruiting at a high-growth AI or machine learning company
- Experience with founder recruiting or executive search in technical domains
