- Systems thinking balancing reliability, performance, cost, and developer experience
- Experience with Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, Grafana/Prometheus, data infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code
- Willingness to wear multiple hats across architecture, implementation, incident response, and developer support
