- Account management or business development experience with complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and digital asset ecosystem
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization

## Nice to have

- 9+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with Advanced degree, or 3+ years with PhD
- Current or former payments or crypto industry experience
- 6+ years in investment, strategy, GTM, product, BD or sales in financial services
