## Required

- Strong software engineering skills in Go and TypeScript
- 3+ years building and operating cloud infrastructure or distributed systems at scale

- Production operations mindset with track record of reliable, observable systems
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in async or globally distributed teams

## Nice to have
