- 5+ years HCM software support or consulting experience on medium/large enterprise HRIS projects
- 5+ years experience with HCM systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- 5+ years experience with Core HCM, Security, and Compensation product areas
- 5+ years Workday consulting experience or Workday SME experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%

## Nice to have

- Workday HCM certification or ability to obtain it
- Experience with global implementations
- Experience influencing senior leaders internally and externally
