## Required

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or closely related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in semiconductor equipment, advanced instrumentation, or related high-technology product development
- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Engineering professional leading multidisciplinary technical development
- Strong foundation in electronics, hardware/software integration, and system-level engineering
- Experience with requirements development, system integration, verification, validation, and technical risk management
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional engineering activities and execute complex technical projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

## Nice to have

- SEM or e-beam system design experience
- Experience with mixed-signal electronics, FPGA-based designs, or embedded control systems
- Scripting and data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, or similar for system characterization and test automation
- Vacuum technology experience
- High-voltage technology experience
- Experience with requirements allocation, requirements traceability, verification planning, and MBSE methodologies
