## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years software engineering experience
- 5+ years managing engineering teams
- Experience leading teams building complex systems
- Ability to evaluate architecture and trade-offs in ML or systems software
- Comfort operating in ambiguity within a new program

## Nice to have

- Security background or vulnerability research exposure
- Experience with ML infrastructure or agent systems
- Experience founding and growing new teams from early stage
