- 2+ years of post-Ph.D. experience in LNP-based nucleic acid delivery
- Hands-on expertise in mRNA-LNP formulation and characterization including lipid selection and composition optimization
- Hands-on expertise in LNP purification by tangential-flow filtration
- Experience designing high-throughput or Design of Experiments formulation-screening campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to lead scientific projects independently
- Ability to mentor or manage junior scientists in matrixed environment
- Strong project management skills for multiple simultaneous projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

## Nice to have

- 6+ years of post-Ph.D. experience in LNP-based nucleic acid delivery
- Experience with targeted-LNP approaches using ligand or antibody conjugation
- Experience with formulation scale-up and technology transfer to CMC/CDMO partners
