## Required

- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth startups or product-led companies
- Proven sourcing ability and track record of building candidate relationships
- Strong judgment about technical talent, ownership, and product orientation
- Ability to build credibility with sought-after engineers
- Direct relationships with demanding hiring managers and technical leaders
- Strong interviewing skills and assessment ability
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High operating discipline with reliable follow-through and accurate data management
- Commitment to candidate experience

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Linear or other products defined by exceptional software craftsmanship
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple functions beyond engineering
