## Required

- 8+ years progressive production management experience in design/build manufacturing
- 4+ years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Deep understanding of Build to Order (BTO) and Configure to Order (CTO) manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Smartsheet, and Google software suite
- Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Safety-sensitive position clearance

## Nice to have

- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with ISO 9001, UL 508A/UL 891/UL1008, NEMA, and NEC compliance standards
- Greenfield or startup manufacturing environment experience
- Power distribution equipment and switchgear manufacturing experience
- Process automation, robotics, machine vision, or AI-based automation expertise
- Multi-site production management and advanced capacity planning experience
