## Required

- 10+ years commissioning data centers or mission-critical facilities
- 5+ years leading commissioning teams or programs
- Understanding of MEP systems and controls integration
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to coordinate with general contractors and OEMs
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
- 50% travel availability

## Nice to have

- PE license
- CxA certification
