- Deep understanding of specification ecosystem: system POR, guard-bands, manufacturing screen specs, test insertion constraints
- Track record of cross-organizational influence and methodology adoption

- Experience standing up cross-org workflows from scratch and shipping automation across resistant partners
- Demonstrated ability to read silicon and productization outputs (speed, power, binning) and apply AI with judgment
