## Required

- 12+ years of accounting experience with at least 6 in a senior operating role at a high-growth company
- Experience taking a company through its first audit
- Direct experience leading an ERP migration end-to-end at meaningful scale
- Track record of designing an operational accounting function architecture
- Operational fluency in ASC 718, 606, and 842
- Experience standing up SOX control environment from scratch
