## Required

- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical role
- Quota modeling and territory planning experience
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with complex formulas and scenario modeling
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience with ability to write and interpret reports and dashboards
- Proficiency with at least one BI or visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Demonstrated use of AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear business narratives
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with SQL for ad hoc data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with statistical, predictive, or AI/ML-based forecasting models
- Prompt engineering skills or experience building repeatable AI-assisted workflows
- Experience with AI features embedded in CRM or BI platforms (Salesforce Einstein, Tableau Pulse)
- Exposure to CPQ tools or sales methodology frameworks (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)
