## Required

- Deep research experience in life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing
- Experience building LLM-powered tools or applications
- Production software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Forward-deployed or technical founder experience
- Comfort with academic research environments
