- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in CPFR, customer replenishment, demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, customer operations, or analytics
- End-to-end supply chain understanding including demand signals, order flow, supply planning, fulfillment, inventory, transportation, and promotional execution
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, improve processes, and mentor others
- Proactive ownership mindset with ability to manage ambiguity

## Nice to have

- Advanced analytics or supply chain certification
- Working knowledge of SAP, Retail Link, Luminate, Anaplan, SQL, Databricks, or Alteryx
