## Required

- 2+ years member service or hospitality experience (private club or hotel preferred)
- CRM systems experience with data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced growth environment
- Detail-oriented and organized multitasking
- Minimum 3 days per week on-site attendance
- Reliable transportation to multiple venues within local market

## Nice to have

- Experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Hospitality, luxury services, live entertainment, or event operations background
- Startup or new business experience
- Knowledge of venue operations, stadium procedures, and ticketing systems
