## Required

- 3–5 years in consulting, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer success
- Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to create customer-ready SOWs that lead to successful delivery
- Strong commercial acumen and sales partnership skills
- Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Understanding of SaaS, AI automation, integrations, and change management
- Hands-on experience trying and understanding AI tools and workflows

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI customer service platforms
- Experience willingness to challenge customers and internal teams on requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems
