- Ability to influence and lead in a senior or principal engineering capacity
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills
- Experience evaluating AI tools across quality, cost, latency, security, and workflow fit

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AWS Q, or other generative AI platforms
- Experience leading AI tool adoption at scale
